Where do you ship?
How can I track my delivery?
- If you would like your package tracked, please select the correct shipping option before payment when checking out. We are not responsible for any lost packages should you choose not to use tracking.
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
- We process and ship your order within 1-5 business days. You will receive an email when your parcel is shipped. Due to the worldwide conditions caused by COVID, the arrival of parcels may be delayed. Once we ship the parcels, we are unable to control how long they will take to arrive. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I pick up in store?
- Pick up in person at our store is available. Please select the 'Pick-Up" option when you're checking out. You will receive an email with instructions for contact, so a date and time of pick-up can be arranged.
How can I pay?
- We accept Paypal, most credit cards, as well as some other options. You are able to select the option of your choice when checking out.
There is a problem with my order.
